Terms of Service

Terms for the Invertix website and business application, including customer responsibilities and the role of customer agreements.

Version: October 4, 2026 · Published in English

1. Scope and agreement

The website is operated by Invertix GmbH, Connollystraße 3, 80809 München, Germany, HRB 311292. Applications and services are provided by the Invertix entity named in the customer agreement. Questions: simon.karan@invertix.ai.

A signed customer agreement or order determines purchased services, provider, fees, term, support and commitments. These service terms apply when incorporated into that agreement. Public display does not amend an existing agreement or create a subscription. Separately agreed customer terms take precedence; the applicable DPA governs processing of customer-controlled personal data.

2. Website and demonstrations

You may use the website to learn about Invertix and contact our team. An enquiry does not establish a customer contract, confirm a meeting or purchase services. Illustrative demonstrations and sample records are not deployment evidence or performance guarantees. Actual scope, integrations and delivery must be agreed.

External services have their own terms. Their availability and content are outside our control. Website information may change; customer commitments remain governed by the customer agreement.

3. Accounts and authorized use

The application is for authorized business users. Your organization selects users, assigns access, authorizes connections and keeps account details current. Protect passwords, API keys and integration credentials; notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Use only systems, accounts and records you are authorized to access. Do not bypass controls, access another organization's information without permission, disrupt services, introduce malicious software or use services unlawfully. Protective restrictions or suspension follow the customer agreement and applicable law.

4. Customer information and integrations

As between the customer and Invertix, the customer retains its rights in submitted information and authorizes processing needed for agreed services under the agreement and DPA. The customer is responsible for the rights, permissions and lawful bases needed to provide it.

Integrations depend on customer permissions, source availability and third-party services. The customer must authorize access and actions. Connecting a source does not grant unrestricted authority to change it or disclose its information.

5. AI and workflow responsibility

AI analyses, reports and suggested actions can contain errors or omit context. Authorized users should check outputs against source records and exercise appropriate professional judgment before operational, financial, legal, safety or other consequential decisions.

The customer agrees which actions agents may perform, required approvals and responsibility for supervision. Human approval is not implied for every action; boundaries depend on the workflow. Invertix does not replace required inspections, professional sign-off or customer safety procedures.

6. Confidentiality, privacy and intellectual property

Confidentiality obligations are governed by the customer agreement. Use agreed customer channels for confidential records, not public forms. The Privacy Policy covers our website and controller activities; the DPA governs processing on a customer's behalf.

Invertix and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, branding and materials, except customer-owned information and expressly granted rights. Service access does not transfer software ownership. Third-party and open-source materials retain their applicable licenses.

7. Commercial terms and termination

Pricing, payment, duration, service levels, warranties, liability, termination and dispute terms are governed by the customer agreement and mandatory law. This page does not create an uptime commitment, liability cap or automatic renewal. Data return or deletion follows the DPA and law.

Contact your account representative or simon.karan@invertix.ai to clarify deployment terms. A personal-data deletion request is distinct from contract termination or deleting an organization's entire workspace.

8. Changes

The version date identifies this public wording. Changes apply to customer deployments only through the process required by their agreement and law; updating this page does not retrospectively amend signed terms.
